Minimum stay: 7 days (from 01.06. to 30.09.)and 4 days (from 01.10. to 31.05.)
Pets - 15 EUR / day
Person on an extra bed - 30 EUR / day
Pool heating - 300 EUR / week (available from 15.03. to 15.11.); not available during the other months.
- Please note: the reached water temperature depends on weather conditions.
SECURITY DEPOSIT - 500 EUR, to be paid in cash upon arrival; refunded at check-out.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- A 30% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining 70% is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
- If you prefer to pay by card or bank transfer, the remaining 70% must be paid at least 30 days before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The 30% advance payment will be fully refunded if the reservation is cancelled at least 90 days before the expected arrival date.
